The room was extremely dusty and the bathroom had mold. The room comes with breakfast which was a piece of cake and coffee

Great to receive such professional, friendly and proficient service at the Brewerton, Days Inn last week. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very much at home and welcome. Highly recommend this Days Inn hotel.

Hotel rooms were not clean and many items were in obvious need of replacement or repair. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Unmanned front desk where I waited at least 10 minutes for a human, and then another few for a person who could actually check me in. Checking in with the Wyndham app didn't work. Two people came looking for soap bars (they had none) for their rooms while I was standing at the counter waiting (one left and came back--that's how long I was there). No instructions from the guy who finally checked me in. Room was clean enough, but the only towels in the room were small hand towels and washcloths and a towel/rug. No bath towels at all. No soap in the shower dispenser. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't even plugged in. No cups for drinking water. No emailed receipt either before or after I checked out, so I couldn't drop off the keys and leave even though it was a one-night stay. It was cheap--I guess I got what I paid for. Location was convenient. Cute cafe was in walking distance.

Mold in rooms by window and shower areas. Shelving falling off the wall. Non functional coffee pots. Wall paper peeling of wall. Bathroom exhaust system non functional in entire complex. Bed bugs found by one family in our group. Staff was friendly! Breakfast ran out of certain items both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
